Should You Grade That Card? A Simple Checklist

Grading costs money and time. Use this checklist before you ever send a card in.

Grading makes sense when the graded value minus fees is clearly more than the raw value. For most base cards, it isn't worth it.

Check four things: centering, corners, edges and surface. Even one soft corner can drop a card from a 10 to an 8.

Use free AI grading feedback first. Snap four photos and get a predicted grade before you pay anything.

If the predicted grade is a 9 or 10 and the card is a rookie or a star, it's usually worth submitting.
